Objectives

The goals and objectives of the Visual Arts curriculum are as follows:

1. To provide students with the opportunities to express their feelings and thoughts through artistic presentations.
2. To develop students’ use of visual languages and approaches through exploration with a variety of art forms, materials and techniques.
3. To explore a diverse range of arts and cultures and to expand students’ perspective through art making, appreciation and critical judgment.
4. To cultivate personal refinement and positive attitudes towards arts and to encourage students’ life-long learning.
