We are living in an information-explosion era. Enormous amount of information, different values and divergent opinions are conveyed every day. The Moral Education programme is developed to equip students with the requisite knowledge, skills and attitudes that will enable them to distinguish between right and wrong and to foster their love and commitment to the society. In addition, students’ wellbeing is important. Emotional intelligence is included in the G.1-3 Moral Education programme. Students learn to manage emotions from an early age.

Four broad themes are covered in the programme, including Character Education, Personal Development, School Life and Social Development. These themes reflect the structure of relationships that students will be introduced from self to the school, and finally extending to the society.
